  • Joined IKEA Secondhand after the first markets were already live, so every change had to respect existing customers, sellers, orders, and country behavior.
  • Owned cross-stack delivery across the Next.js storefront, Magento backend, integrations, and release workflows instead of working in only one layer.
  • Maintained backend behavior for PL, PT, ES, and SE while supporting launch work for Norway, United Kingdom, Belgium, and Germany.
  • Handled production hotfixes, PII/privacy fixes, release blockers, and client-facing IKEA features shipped to users.
  • Took on unclear cross-stack tickets, unblocked shared work, and improved how I read production systems under pressure.
